The Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, submitted additional exhibits to the Presidential Election Petition Court.
The exhibits included certified true copies of polling unit result sheets contained in INEC Form EC8As from eight states across the country.
Despite opposition from the respondents’ counsel, the court admitted the results as evidence.

Obi and the LP, in their joint petition, contested the presidential election results in over 17 states and more than 18,000 polling units, alleging over-voting in parts of the South West.
During the hearing, the legal team presented the INEC Form EC8As for several states, while objections were raised by INEC, President Tinubu, Kashim Shettima, and the All Progressives Congress.
