Leicester City has confirmed that seven players will be leaving the club at the end of their contracts in June.
This announcement comes after the team’s relegation to the Championship at the end of the Premier League season.
Among the departing players are Turkish defender Soyuncu, who joined the club in 2018 and has made over 100 appearances, and Amartey, who made his debut during Leicester’s title-winning season in 2016.

Nampalys Mendy, Ryan Bertrand, Ayoze Perez, and Tete are the other players whose contracts will be expiring.
Discussions are ongoing with captain Jonny Evans, whose contract expires this month, while Hamza Choudhury’s contract has been extended until June 2024.
