AGS NEWS – The Coalition Against Corruption and Injustice, CACI, in Nigeria, has raised concerns over alleged plots by some desperate politicians to compromise the independence of the Nigerian judiciary.
This followed a recent call by a group, Joint Action for Democracy, JAD, demanding the removal of Justice John Tsoho, Justice Peter Lifu, and Justice James Omotosho due to the political crisis rocking Rivers State.
AGS NEWS reports that the three justices had in recent times issued orders regarding the crisis in Rivers State.
