AGS NEWS – The usage of artificial intelligence (AI) among knowledge workers jumped to 66% in 2024, up from 38% in 2023, according to the second annual HP Work Relationship Index.

The report, obtained by AGS NEWS, found that AI users were 11 points happier with their work relationships than those who didn’t use AI.

Despite this increase in AI usage, only 28% of workers worldwide reported having a healthy relationship with work, just a slight improvement from 2023.

The report also noted that two-thirds of knowledge workers want personalized work experiences, with 87% willing to sacrifice part of their salary for it.

Confidence in human skills among leaders stood at 44%, with female leaders being more confident than their male counterparts.

HP Inc. CEO Enrique Lores emphasized that AI is key to meeting modern workforce needs and enhancing both business growth and personal fulfillment.
