AGS NEWS – The Commissioner for Youths Development in Anambra State, Patrick Aghamba, and his wife have reportedly been kidnapped.

According to sources, the couple was traveling to Abuja on Friday when they were abducted, and the commissioner’s aide, ABK Offiah, was allegedly killed during the incident.

The couple was on their way to attend the wedding of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s daughter. The kidnapping is believed to have occurred at an unspecified location in Edo State.

A top government source confirmed the incident, stating that the state government is aware of the situation and will respond soon.

Meanwhile, the Anambra State Police Command has escalated the report to other state commands, as the incident did not occur within Anambra State.
