AGS NEWS – President Bola Tinubu has appointed Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, effective August 14, 2024.

Tinubu’s spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, announced the appointment and noted that Walson-Jack, a Federal Permanent Secretary since 2017, has served in various ministries.

Ngelale’s statement said that Walson-Jack will succeed Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, who will retire on August 13, 2024.

President Tinubu expressed gratitude to Yemi-Esan for her service and urged Walson-Jack to perform her duties with innovation, integrity, and strict adherence to civil service regulations.
