AGS NEWS – Ayra Starr and Tems have emerged as the top streamed Nigerian artists on Spotify, according to the latest data released by the global music streaming platform.

Ayra Starr secured her position with notable tracks like ‘Santa’, a collaboration with Rauw Alejandro, and her solo hit ‘Comma’, which ranked second on the list.

Tems followed closely in third place with her popular track ‘Love Me Jeje’.

The rankings, which spanned from January 1 to June 30, 2024, were unveiled by Phiona Okumu, Spotify’s Head of Music for Sub-Saharan Africa, during a press conference held in Lagos on Wednesday.
