Ogun customs command seizes N770m worth of contraband

AGS NEWS – The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, has rejected Yahaya Bello’s request to transfer his N80 billion fraud trial from Abuja to Kogi State.

Justice Tsoho, agreeing with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), stated that the case would remain in Abuja.

Bello had sought the transfer, but the EFCC opposed it, emphasizing that the trial should be conducted in the capital due to the nature of the alleged offenses.
