AGS NEWS – Chelsea FC has made a strategic move to strengthen their presence in African football by appointing Achirou Gaoh and Seyi Olofinjana to oversee their operations on the continent.
According to football journalist Fabrizio Romano on Friday via X, the London club has hired Gaoh and Olofinjana to lead their African scouting efforts.

Romano stated, “Chelsea have appointed Achirou Gaoh and Seyi Olofinjana to oversee operations in Africa.”
This decision aims to tap into the abundant football talent that Africa has consistently produced.
Romano added, “Chelsea want to cover Africa in the best way possible with scouting, and appointments are now completed.”
