AGS NEWS – A village head accepted N700,000 from bandits to grant them access to attack his community, according to Katsina State Governor Dr. Umaru Dikko Radda. This led to the killing of about 30 villagers.

Governor Radda revealed that some locals, for as little as N2,000, also provided information to bandits about their neighbors or relatives.

He emphasized that various individuals, including government officials and traditional rulers, have been involved in banditry.
