AGS NEWS – Khanyisile Vanessa Mndayi, a 27-year-old woman, is fighting for her life in a coma after sustaining over 20 stab wounds inflicted by her boyfriend in front of their children in South Africa.

The harrowing incident occurred on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at their residence in Berea, Johannesburg.

The boyfriend, identified as Luuk De Jong, stabbed Khanyisile multiple times before locking her and their traumatized children inside the house.

Following the attack, the assailant fled the scene with his belongings, leaving Khanyisile and the children behind.

Neighbors, alarmed by the commotion, alerted the police, who promptly responded.

Upon the boyfriend’s return, intending to continue the assault, law enforcement arrested him.

Khanyisile remains hospitalized in critical condition as authorities investigate the horrific incident.
