AGS NEWS – A middle-aged man died while watching football at a local bar along the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway on Thursday, May 16.
The man, a regular customer, had walked in, sat down, and appeared to fall asleep while watching the match. When the game ended, attempts to wake him were unsuccessful, and he was found motionless.

The incident was reported to the Elere Police Division. State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the report, stating that the man, believed to be in his 50s and whose identity is still unknown, was found lifeless in his chair with no signs of violence.
The body has been taken to Mainland General Hospital mortuary in Yaba, Lagos State for an autopsy, and efforts are ongoing to locate his family.
