AGS NEWS – Wizkid, the Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, has responded strongly to a comment made by Mavin signee Ladipoe, who mocked him for his statement about the state of hip hop.

Ladipoe’s remark, which referenced Wizkid’s “hip hop is dead” comment, caught attention. A fan brought it to Wizkid’s notice, prompting him to dismiss any conversation with artists signed to “influencers.”

This led to speculation that he was referring to Don Jazzy, whom he retweeted being labeled as a social media influencer.
