Reportedly, Chidozie was shot four times by his wife during the altercation inside their Houston apartment, witnessed by their young children.

Upon discovery by the authorities, Chidozie was rushed to Ben Taub Hospital, while his wife was found holding their two children in a state of panic.

According to ABC13, court documents indicate that Chidozie sustained two gunshot wounds to the torso, one to the arm, and one to the chest.

Keaiirra, 28, was initially charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after the incident, with no updates to her charges following Chidozie’s demise.

Investigators suggest that Keaiirra claimed self-defense, alleging that she shot Chidozie out of fear for her life when he followed her into their bedroom during the argument.
