AGS NEWS – American rapper Don Toliver was apprehended by police on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

The incident occurred early Tuesday morning near the San Fernando Valley, where he was stopped for speeding.

According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, officers observed indications of impairment but chose to issue a citation and release Toliver at the scene.

Though it’s unspecified who accompanied him, law enforcement sources informed TMZ that he was released into the custody of a sober individual.

Toliver reportedly cooperated with authorities throughout the encounter.
