AGS NEWS – Real Madrid and Manchester City played out an electrifying 3-3 draw in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final match on Tuesday.

The match saw Bernardo Silva opening the scoring for Manchester City, but Real Madrid quickly responded with goals from Ruben Dias (own goal) and Rodrygo Goes.

Manchester City made a strong comeback in the second half with goals from Phil Foden and Josko Gvardiol, but Real Madrid managed to snatch a draw with Fede Valverde’s stunning volley.

Despite the thrilling match, there was heightened security due to a threat by Islamic State to target every quarter-final first leg.

However, the match proceeded without any incidents. Manchester City’s influential playmaker, Kevin De Bruyne, was omitted from the lineup due to illness, while Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti made strategic decisions, including starting Aurelien Tchouameni at centre-back.
