AGS NEWS – A Binance executive, Tigran Gambaryan, has been remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre by a Federal High Court in Abuja, pending the outcome of his bail application.
Justice Emeka Nwite issued the order following Gambaryan’s plea of not guilty to money laundering charges brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday.
In related news, Gambaryan’s plea comes amidst a backdrop of legal proceedings. The EFCC refutes claims of blocking bailiffs from serving charges to the Binance executive.

The Inspector General asserts that INTERPOL will take measures to re-arrest Gambaryan should he attempt to flee.
