AGS NEWS – On Saturday, March 30th, Sunday Igbede tragically drowned in the river in Eyinwa community, situated in the Odogbolu local government area of Ogun state.

According to the police report, Otusanya Abayomi of Igbe Ilara informed the community police station that around noon, he and his friend entered the community.

He later discovered that his friend, Sunday, had left without informing anyone of his whereabouts.

It was later revealed that Sunday had gone to swim at Eyinwa River, where he drowned.

Efforts by the police and local divers to locate his body were unsuccessful. However, ongoing efforts are being made to recover the body and inform the family of the sad incident.
