AGS NEWS – Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced his intention to pivot towards achieving his American dream after establishing himself as a force in the African music industry.
In a recent interview with Billboard, the “OBO” crooner revealed his plans to collaborate with artists globally, emphasizing his desire to share great music and ideas across borders.

Davido disclosed that he is currently working on two albums, with one focused on the African market and the other aimed at the American audience.
Expressing his aspirations, Davido stated, “I’ve lived the African dream, now I’m trying to get to the American dream.”
He highlighted his connection with artists from Atlanta, where he spent several years and currently owns a house, noting his familiarity with the Southern U.S. culture.
