AGS NEWS – Nigerian woman was saved after trying to take her own life by drinking bleach. The woman attempted suicide because her boyfriend had broken up with her, according to a pharmacist who helped rescue her.

The pharmacist emphasized that suicide should never be considered, especially over relationship issues.

The incident occurred around 8:30 pm when the woman was rushed to the pharmacist after consuming bleach in an attempt to end her life.

Quick action was taken as the pharmacist administered activated charcoal to neutralize the poison before sending her to the hospital for further treatment.

The pharmacist urged everyone to remember that suicide is never the answer and to seek help if feeling overwhelmed or distressed.
