AGS NEWS – According to reports from Plettigoal, Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso has indicated a preference for joining Bayern Munich over Liverpool.
Alonso, the former Spain midfielder, seems likely to transition to a new club in the upcoming season.
Initially linked with a return to Liverpool following Jurgen Klopp’s announcement of his departure at the end of the current season, Alonso now appears to be leaning towards a move to Bayern Munich.

The German giants, however, are also undergoing changes, with Thomas Tuchel set to leave in the summer.
Despite this, Alonso seems inclined towards remaining in Germany and joining Bayern at the Allianz Arena.
Currently, Leverkusen holds an eight-point lead over Bayern in the Bundesliga.
