AGS NEWS – Actor Devin Ratray, known for his role in ‘Home Alone’, has admitted guilt in a domestic violence case against him.

Ratray was arrested following accusations of physical assault against his ex-girlfriend, including pushing, punching, and placing his hands on her throat and mouth during a drunken altercation in December 2021.

Initially pleading not guilty in February 2022, Ratray changed his plea to guilty on February 21, 2024, in exchange for avoiding jail time.

As part of the agreement, he pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic violence.

The case, which had been ongoing for nearly three years, concluded with Ratray receiving a three-year probation sentence.

He must complete a Batterers Intervention Program, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, pay court costs, and maintain no contact with the victim.

AGS NEWS reports that Ratray appeared in court via video link alongside his attorney for the sentencing.
