Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, 19, discloses she’s diagnosed with brain cancer

19-year-old Isabella, daughter of American TV personality Michael Strahan, bravely shared her struggle with a rare brain cancer called medulloblastoma.

Isabella, a USC freshman, revealed that emergency surgery was required to remove a tumor larger than a golf ball discovered at the back of her brain.

Initially experiencing headaches, nausea, and difficulty walking, she attributed the symptoms to vertigo. Isabella’s condition worsened, leading to the discovery of the fast-growing tumor.

Isabella’s father, Michael Strahan, expressed shock at her diagnosis, emphasizing her youth and strength.

After an emergency surgery on October 27th, Isabella completed several rounds of proton radiation therapy and marked the end of treatment with a bell-ringing ceremony.

Despite experiencing fatigue, dizziness, and other side effects, Isabella maintained a positive attitude.

She is set to undergo chemotherapy at Duke University in February, where her twin sister Sophia is studying.

Michael Strahan, visibly moved by his daughter’s journey, acknowledged the impact of the experience on his perspective, emphasizing the need for support.

Isabella expressed her eagerness to return to the University of Southern California, hoping to resume her college life.
