The appeals, brought by Chief Okey Ahiwe of the Peoples Democratic Party and Chief Ikechi Emenike of the All Progressives Congress, contest the exclusion of over 84,000 votes during the collation process and allege Otti’s invalid nomination as a Labour Party candidate.
The apex court, led by Justice Inyang Okoro, is yet to announce the judgment date after all parties presented their arguments.
