Nigerian singer, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, expressed his dismay at feeling relegated to the status of an “upcoming artist” due to the apparent overshadowing of his achievements by the success of younger artists.

The ‘African Queen’ singer, while commending the accomplishments of the emerging talents, asserted his determination to reclaim the spotlight in the coming year.

2Baba hinted at making a comeback by sharing his plans to release new music later in the year.

Taking to his Instagram page, he posted, “Mennn! These new cats are not smiling o.
