Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya, has commenced the second phase of distributing palliatives to 90,000 beneficiaries in the state.
Addressing the distribution event, Yahaya revealed that approximately 30 individuals would receive food palliatives in each of the 2,998 polling units across the state.
Despite the governor’s efforts to provide assistance, some miscreants seized a portion of the distributed items as the governor, his entourage, and security details quickly departed from Gombe Emir’s ground.
