Njau emphasized taking the allegations seriously, expressing support for victims’ rights.
Luxury skincare brand Tsuri actively sought to terminate its association with Empower Global, with founder Ashli Goudelock stating the importance of not lingering in a gray area about the mistreatment of women.
Undergarment companies Nuudii System and No One Clothiers terminated their accounts upon learning of the allegations.
Lenard Grier, co-founder of No One Clothiers, cited a moral imperative to end their relationship, highlighting the conflict between the allegations and their brand’s foundational beliefs.
Despite the exodus of brands, one company founder has chosen to remain with the platform.
