Nigerian air force denies accidental bombing of Kaduna village

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has refuted claims of accidental civilian casualties during an air raid in Kaduna.

Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, the Director of Public Relations and Information for NAF, stated that the Air Force had not conducted any operations in the state and its surroundings within the past 24 hours.

Addressing the allegations, Gabkwet emphasized that the NAF is not the sole organization utilizing armed drones in the North West region.

The official statement clarified, “The news making the rounds alleging that Nigerian Air Force aircraft accidentally killed innocent civilians in Kaduna is false.

Please be informed that the NAF has not carried out any air operations within Kaduna State and its environs in the last 24 hours.”
