The project aims to strengthen the civil registration and vital statistics systems in Nigeria over a decade, from 2023 to 2030, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goal.
The system will transform the recording, tracking, and analysis of vital events in the country, transitioning from traditional paper-based methods to a cutting-edge digital solution.
The project will also facilitate the first digital Census in Nigeria, offering geospatial data for public and private sector use.
