Arjun Singh, the 17-year-old son of Ramandeep Kaur Mann, insists that his mother deserves the death penalty for her involvement in the murder of his father, Sukhjit Singh, at the hands of her lover, Gurpreet Singh.
Mann, a British mother, is now facing the death penalty in India for plotting and carrying out the murder of her husband.
Young Arjun, who witnessed the murder at the age of nine, has been resolute in distancing himself from his mother and seeks nothing but justice for his father.

Speaking of the traumatic event he witnessed, Arjun stated, “There are not many children who watch their mother kill their father and then give evidence about it.
How do you try and get on with your life after something like this? I’ve had to be very brave, and I’m proud of what I’ve done because I’ve got justice for my father.”
Arjun has made it clear that he regards his mother as evil and wants nothing to do with her. He also expressed his desire to witness her execution.
Arjun has mixed feelings regarding the execution order but is resolute about wanting to be present when it takes place.
He stated, “It doesn’t fill me with fear, in fact, it would give me a lot of satisfaction and relief, and I look forward to that day.
I would like to see with my own eyes that justice for my father has been served. She deserves to hang because she did such an evil thing she did.

I had a lot of mixed feelings when I heard about it. On one hand I felt relief and that it was right. But I wasn’t happy because I’ve still lost my father, which makes me very sad.”
Mann has maintained her innocence while incarcerated and claimed she was in shock when sentenced to death in September 2016.
She is currently in prison after being found guilty of murdering her husband in an attempt to collect his £2 million life insurance.
Despite her dire situation, Arjun, along with his siblings, has no sympathy for his mother, who has not shown remorse and has lied throughout the ordeal.
Arjun, now studying A levels with aspirations to become an engineer, refrains from discussing his father’s death in front of his younger brother, Aaron.
The boys are currently under the care of their uncle Kuldip Singh and aunt Kulwinder Kaur, following a lengthy court battle.
Gurpreet Singh, Mann’s lover, received a life sentence for his role in the murder, while Mann awaits her execution date.
