Prof Kudi urged the state government to continue funding the college and appoint qualified individuals to manage the institution effectively.

He also recommended a comprehensive financial audit of the college’s records to uncover evidence of fraud, irregularities, and embezzlement.

He suggested that past management should return government property, particularly official vehicles, to the college as a form of restitution.

The panel’s report revealed several instances of fraudulent activities, including charging registration fees, NYSC mobilization fees, JAMB fees, student medical service fees, unauthorized internal and external examinations, and illicit pension contributions by staff members, among other issues.

Chairman Kudi advised the Yahaya-led administration to assemble a team of experts to document the college’s history from 1978 to the present for proper record-keeping.

He also recommended an investigation into reported cases of sexual harassment and the recovery of funds that were fraudulently collected and mismanaged by the previous college management.
