Burna Boy, the acclaimed “African Giant,” has expressed his willingness to compensate Nigerian blogs to cease publishing news related to him.

He acknowledged that he had never remunerated any Nigerian blog before and called on bloggers to convene and decide on an appropriate fee to entirely stop covering news about him.

In a message shared on his social media account, Burna Boy stated, “How are you all doing? All these blogs like Instablog, PulseNg, and others, please have a meeting and decide how much I should pay all of you to completely forget about my name.

I know I’ve never paid any of you before, so I thought I’d just run it now. Greetings to you, bros!!”

Burna Boy’s post received mixed reactions from the public, with some fans cautioning him that he might become “forgotten” if bloggers ceased reporting on him.

His relationship with Nigerian bloggers has been somewhat strained due to his previous warnings to them about sharing his music for free download on their platforms, with Burna Boy criticizing them for music piracy.
