Chevron Brands International LLC and Tethys Ltd have joined forces in a Branded Business Development Agreement, enabling the local production, distribution, and marketing of Texaco®-branded lubricants in Nigeria.
This partnership will provide Nigerian motorists with access to a wide range of locally blended Texaco-branded premium performance automotive and industrial lubricants under the Texaco, Havoline, and Delo brands, including engine oils, transmission fluids, gear oils, greases, and hydraulic fluids.

General Manager of Chevron Europe Finished Lubricants, Pat McCloud, expressed his satisfaction with this collaboration, emphasizing Tethys’ experience as a marketer in Nigeria.

The National Bureau of Statistics revealed that Nigeria spent N71.6 billion to import lubricants in the first quarter of 2021.
