Jay Boogie, whose real name is Daniel Anthony Nsikan, has raised an alarm seeking assistance following complications resulting from a cosmetic surgery gone awry at a clinic in Lekki, Lagos State.

The prominent cross-dresser turned to his Instagram Stories to shed light on his predicament and draw global attention to his situation.

Jay Boogie explicitly accused the surgeon responsible for the cosmetic procedure of allegedly endangering his life and urged Nigerians to hold her accountable should anything unfortunate occur.

Accompanied by a photograph of himself signing a document before the ill-fated surgery, Jay Boogie disclosed the name of the doctor and implored Nigerians to place responsibility on her if he did not survive the ordeal.

He further posted a screenshot of the clinic’s Instagram account and emphasized, “If anything happens to me, this hospital and Dr. Dinma is responsible.”

In an added plea, Jay Boogie expressed, “This surgeon wants to kill me, please. I have a medical emergency, please. This is the female surgeon’s number.
