A man known only as Collins has been apprehended in connection with the alleged murder of his female partner, Justina Otuene Nkang, a 300-level undergraduate at the University of Port Harcourt, majoring in Biological Chemistry.
Justina had been reported missing for four days, with her last known location being her workplace, a prominent private hospital in the D/Line area of Port Harcourt, where she was completing her Industrial Training attachment.
According to an insider close to the victim, Justina’s decomposed and disfigured remains were discovered in Collins’ residence, where she had visited after concluding her shift at the hospital four days ago.
Shockingly, the source suggested that the motive behind the gruesome murder may have been related to ritualistic purposes, as her body had been mutilated, including the removal of her eyes, breasts, and other sensitive body parts.
The source shared, “After committing the crime, the suspect kept her body in his apartment for three days.
