American actor and comedian Anthony Anderson will be required to provide his ex-wife, Alvina Stewart, with annual spousal support exceeding $200,000 as part of their divorce settlement, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
As per the settlement terms, the “Black-ish” star will pay Stewart a base amount of $20,000 each month.
If Anderson’s gross annual earnings surpass $2 million, he will be obligated to pay an extra 20 percent of his income to his former spouse.
In terms of property distribution, Anderson, aged 53, will retain ownership of a 2004 Land Rover and a property they jointly owned in Encino, California. In contrast, Stewart will retain possession of their home in Houston and a 2022 Mazda.

The court documents also outline that the former couple will be selling their cemetery plot at Inglewood Park Cemetery and dividing the proceeds.
Stewart initiated divorce proceedings from the “Barbershop” actor in March 2022, marking the end of their 22-year marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation.
This marked the second time Stewart had filed for divorce from Anthony Anderson. The initial divorce filing occurred in 2015 but was subsequently dismissed, and the couple reconciled, even making appearances together on various red carpets.
