The student union expressed concern about the state of education funding in Nigeria, highlighting the impact of low funding on access to quality education and the financial burden it places on students and their families.
They called on the federal government to increase budget allocation for education, improve lecturer training, establish scholarship programs, and address barriers to education.
The union also threatened to shut down campus activities if their demands were not met.
