In Divoh village, Ardo Kola Local Government Area of Taraba State, two siblings met a tragic end as unidentified assailants took their lives.

The victims, identified as Amos Yazang Balawen, aged 47, and his younger sister, Blessing Nyenti Balawen, aged 29, were laid to rest on Sunday, September 9, 2023.

The incident occurred on Thursday, September 7, 2023, when armed individuals reportedly invaded their residence and fatally shot them.

Hon. Happy J. Shonruba, the representative of Ardo-kola Constituency, confirmed the tragic event and extended his condolences to the grieving family.

In a Facebook post, he expressed his heartfelt sympathies and prayed for divine comfort for the family during this challenging time.
