A heart-wrenching incident unfolded at the Mile 2 Bridge in Lagos State on Monday, September 11, when an as-yet-unidentified woman tragically collapsed and lost her life.

The woman was in the midst of walking across the bridge when she unexpectedly fell to the ground. Sadly, before anyone could come to her aid, she had already breathed her last.

A motorcyclist who witnessed the incident recounted to Vanguard, “She was just about to mount a motorcycle when she suddenly collapsed to the ground.

Initially, I thought it was a simple fall, but it quickly became evident that something far more serious was amiss as she stopped breathing.”

Authorities are currently engaged in efforts to identify the deceased, locate her family, and launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking event.
