The Enugu State government has expressed its appreciation to the United Kingdom government for the establishment of a visa center within the state.
This initiative is aimed at simplifying the visa application process for residents of Enugu State, as well as those residing in the broader South-East region and across the nation.
According to a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Prof Chidiebere Onyia, the establishment of the visa center was a result of a request made by Governor Peter Mbah during the visit of the UK High Commissioner to Nigeria, Dr Richard Montgomery, to the Government House in Enugu earlier this year in June.
