“Only God can retire Atiku, not man,” Timi Frank responds to Shettima

Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, responded to Vice President Kashim Shettima’s assertion that he would retire Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), from politics. Frank argued that no one but God can retire Atiku from politics.

Frank went on to emphasize that despite Shettima’s statement, Atiku and Peter Obi are regarded as champions of democracy in Nigeria.

He believes that Nigerians will always remember their efforts in advocating for a free, fair, and transparent democratic system in the country.

Frank highlighted the power of God, stating that “one with God is majority.”

He suggested that Atiku has the support of the majority of Nigerians, which is why there was no celebration or jubilation following the Presidential Election Petition Court’s ruling affirming Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the presidential election.

Frank criticized the court’s decision, referring to it as a “judicial coup” against the Nigerian state and an “ambush against the people.”

He expressed his belief that those celebrating the ruling now would eventually face the consequences of the judiciary’s decision to disregard evidence and rule against the wishes of Nigerians.
