Gov. Abdulrazaq swears in commissioners and allocates portfolios

Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State marked a significant moment on Monday as he officially inaugurated his cabinet members, giving them their respective roles following a swearing-in ceremony held at the Government House in Ilorin.

The newly appointed commissioners, along with their designated portfolios, are as follows: Hawau Nuru, who will oversee Finance; Usman Lade, responsible for Water Resources; Dr. Amina El-Imam, tasked with Health; Shehu Ndanusa, taking charge of Environment; Aliyu Kora Sabi, overseeing Planning and Economic Development; Afolashade Kemi, handling Social Development; Abdul Ganeey Kola, in charge of Energy; Dr. Segun Ogunsola, overseeing Housing and Urban Development; Senior Suleiman, serving as the Attorney General; Abdulquawiy Olododo, heading the Ministry of Solid Minerals, and Damilola Yusuf, leading Business Innovation and Technology.

Additionally, the cabinet includes Oloruntoyosi Adebayo Thomas, responsible for Agriculture and Rural Development; Bola Olukoju, taking charge of Communication; Abdullahi Bata, overseeing Local Government Affairs and Chieftaincy Affairs; John Bello, handling Special Duties; Olaitan Bureimoh, responsible for Women Affairs; and Mary Arinde, overseeing Tertiary Education.
