Ekiti kidnappers hold abducted victims despite receiving N3 million ransom

Two individuals, Fagbemi Abayomi and Ojo Musa, who were abducted in Ekiti, have not been released by their captors despite the payment of a N3 million ransom two weeks ago.

The victims were forcefully taken at gunpoint in Aisegba-Ekiti, located in the Gbonyin local government area of the state.

A family member, speaking to DailyTrust, confirmed this latest development, revealing that the kidnappers had initially demanded N15 million as ransom but later reduced it to N10 million a day later.

Despite the family’s strenuous efforts to raise the money, the victims have not been released, leaving them disheartened.
