A pastor belonging to an undisclosed Pentecostal Church in Nnewi, Anambra State, identified as Pastor Prosper Igboke, has tragically taken his own life by jumping from a two-story building in Nnewi.
Sources in the area reveal that Igboke’s suicide was prompted by a romantic relationship gone awry, as he had been spurned by his lover after investing significantly in her.
The 30-year-old man, hailing from Leru community in Umunneochi Local Government Area, Abia State, had even supported his girlfriend’s education at the university, only to have his marriage proposal rejected.
