A collision between two motorcycles has resulted in a devastating tragedy in Iponda, Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State.

The incident, which happened around 7pm on Saturday, involved two motorcycles carrying a combined total of five passengers.

Prompt action from eyewitnesses led to the swift transportation of the victims to a hospital.

Tragically, three of the individuals were pronounced dead, while the remaining two are currently undergoing medical treatment.

Confirming the accident, Henry Bernamaisia, the Osun Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), emphasized that the collision between the two motorcycles was responsible for the fatal outcome
