British-Nigerian artist Azeez Adeshina Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, has emphasized the importance of young people avoiding the harmful path of drug abuse.
He highlighted the severe consequences associated with substance misuse, stressing their undeniable gravity.
Naira Marley conveyed this message during his recent meeting with Brigadier General Mohamed Buba Marwa (retd.), the head of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), in Abuja.

The Marlian leader aligned himself with the NDLEA’s War Against Drug Abuse (WADA) campaign, expressing his commitment to assisting the agency’s battle against substance abuse among the youth in Nigeria.
Naira Marley urged his fans and fellow Nigerian youths to renounce drugs in all forms to safeguard their well-being, emphasizing its potential to lead to criminal behavior and other detrimental outcomes.
