Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has strongly denounced the recent banditry attack in Bungudu Local Government Area, which resulted in the tragic loss of four lives and numerous injuries.

Governor Lawal visited the Emir’s Palace in Bungudu to express his sympathy and solidarity with the local community.

During his visit, he assured the Emir and the people of the government’s unwavering commitment to eradicating the menace of banditry.

Governor Lawal emphasized that the government is actively working to address security challenges and urged the public to collaborate by remaining vigilant and offering prayers.

He extended his condolences to the families of the victims and expressed hope for the safe return of those who were kidnapped during the attack.

The Emir of Bungudu, Alhaji Hassan Attahiru, conveyed his gratitude to the Governor for his condolences and support during this challenging time.
