The lifeless body of Omoniyi Boluwatife, a young nurse, was discovered in Ibadan without her womb following an evening outing.
The tragic incident unfolded in the Oyo State capital, where local police were involved in the evacuation of the deceased.
Boluwatife, a recent graduate of Lead City University, had just been inducted into the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
She had reportedly gone out to celebrate her professional achievement at a nightclub on the night of the incident.

A viral video displayed Boluwatife’s lifeless body lying on the floor, sparking widespread concern.
A source close to her revealed that she had bid farewell to her mother at the motor park after her mother’s trip from Port Harcourt to join the celebratory event.
An anonymous source, who was acquainted with Boluwatife from their church, attested to her gentle nature and shared that she had recently overcome academic hurdles to graduate.
The club where Boluwatife was last seen, Copacapana, denied responsibility for the tragic event, emphasizing that the incident occurred outside their premises.
In a press statement, they expressed condolences to the victims’ families while highlighting their commitment to patron safety through advanced security measures.
Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, Superintendent Adewale Osifeso, confirmed that an investigation has been launched into the matter and assured the public of forthcoming updates.
