Nigerian comedian Ayodeji Makun, popularly known as AY, has responded to a fire incident that occurred at his Lagos residence on Sunday.

A viral video captured the moment the fire engulfed the roof of his multi-story house.

AY’s colleagues, fans, and even his younger brother, Yomi Casual, expressed sympathy for the comedian and his family.

AY expressed gratitude to God for his family’s safety and shared videos and images of his wife and children, who are currently on vacation abroad, via his Instagram page.

While the cause of the fire remains uncertain, AY emphasized the importance of family and faith in his response.
