Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has urged the state’s civil servants to disregard a circulating viral post about an alleged new salary scale.

Adeleke emphasized that the information shared in the post is entirely fabricated.

In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, on Monday, the Governor affirmed that the viral content being circulated on social media did not originate from the state government.

Rasheed emphasized that Governor Adeleke remains dedicated to the well-being of the state’s workforce.

He assured that, in due course, the government will introduce strategies to mitigate the impact of subsidy removal on the citizens of the state, including civil servants.

Rasheed further conveyed that the Governor is actively developing palliative measures, which will soon be implemented to provide support to the populace.
